Having run two successful companies from 2003-2020 (The Orange Company and Nthenya- the brand) and employed over twenty employees, Nthenya begun to think about building and motivating people to ‘reach higher, lead better and leave lasting legacies’. Over the last ten years, Nthenya has worked over fifty organizations and blue chip companies to improve personal/business results and performance by teaching employees to uncover and leverage their core attributes, skill sets and personal brands required to be effective and outstanding leaders in today’s business scene. Some of Nthenya’s previous work has involved consulting for Kenya Airways, Safaricom, ABSA formerly Barclays, Law Society of Kenya (LSK), Kenya Association of Women Surgeons (KAWS). Nthenya has also worked with numerous celebrities & high-networth individuals. Nthenya’s expertise is sought highly, as seen by multiple appearances on various media outlets, which include, but are not limited to; Nation Media Group (NMG), Royal Media Services (RMS) and Standard Media Group (SMG). She serves as the Vice Chair for the board of Youth for Christ International (YFCI).
